I would like to welcome everyone in my blog even from abroad. So here is something in english.
Yesterday in the gym I did some arm training and wow what a pump! I did a sort of a variation of a military press above my head trying to isolate my triceps. Hardest set was 6X100kg. And I also did a close grip bench press with a 90kg, long reps.
Some bicep curls on a preacher bench and that’s it. It was a quick training but I truly got an amazing pump.
